To give you an idea of what I do, I highlight clients and show you how we worked together and what we achieved.
Amie, early 30s
Amie and I worked together from November 2019 until February 2020. Amie came to me looking to feel better and healthier after having two children. We started with nutrition only. These are Amie’s results:
*lost 20cm off her waist – even though Christmas happened, wow!
*stopped feeling bloated after meals
*regained a steady, good amount of energy throughout the day with no weird fatigue or slumps after lunchtime
Miriam, early 50s
Miriam had struggled on and off with similar problems to Amie – bloating, wanting to slim down the waist after having kids, wanting to feel fitter and healthier. We started with nutrition and went on to include some basic aerobic exercise. Here’s what Miriam achieved:

I mostly help busy working mums and entrepreneurs, but I also help men as well. All of the men I have helped so far have had high blood pressure and raised cholesterol levels, not sure why, just a coincidence I guess. I help them, usually, following a GP recommendation to exercise, lose weight, and eat differently. Typical results for men are reduced cholesterol and BP after re-doing tests with their GP 2-3 months later. This is achieved by a combination of nutrition and exercise. One thing all the men I’ve helped have always said is that the recipes I encourage them to eat are really good and enjoyable. I don’t do fad diets, cutting random food groups outs, or anything annoying. Just high quality, easy, healthy, and delicious recipes that anyone can make quickly at home.
