We strongly urge all clients to seek medical advice from your GP or qualified family doctor before embarking on fitness or nutrition plans. This includes those clients with Type II Diabetes or any other medical condition such as severe postnatal diastasis recti. All nutritional and fitness guidance provided by Renewal Fit is in accordance with advice from national medical and professional bodies such as the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE), and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
If any of our coaches have any doubt or uncertainty as to a client’s readiness to embark on a fitness or nutrition plan, the client shall be referred to their own GP, family doctor, or midwife for approval prior to commencing any plan. All clients enter into a fitness or nutritional plan entirely of their own volition and at their own risk.
Results are not guaranteed, however if clients follow all guidance appropriately, they should see positive results within the timeframe agreed at the beginning of their plan. All nutritional coaching plans come with a 30-day money back guarantee, no quibbles. Ongoing monthly coaching, after the initial 30 days, can be cancelled at any time without penalty. We do not force clients to sign up to lengthy contracts or penalise them for wishing to end their coaching service.
