I specialise mostly in helping women return to exercise following a long absence, whether due to busyness of life or postnatal. I also help busy working parents and entrepreneurs make health and fitness part of their lifestyle, with manageable exercise routines and healthy, affordable, and quick recipes.

Prices vary depending on what you need, but typically range from £30 per month for a great value nutrition service (weight loss, fat loss, general health, recipes) to £140 per month for weekly personal training and nutritional consultation sessions. As everything is personalised to you, you can choose exactly what you need, please contact me with any questions you may have.

Unlike most Personal Trainers, I have the Level 3 in Nutrition for Sports and Exercise, and am currently studying for an MSc in Nutritional Therapy. I am also soon to finish the Level 3 in Pre- and Postnatal Exercise, which is an extension to the pre- and postnatal training we receive as PTs. To remain registered with CIMPSA, the regulatory body for sports and exercise, we are required to take ongoing CPD each year, so you can be sure that my knowledge is up-to-date at all times.
